Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead the development of our AI platform. This role will work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams to define product vision, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive execution in an agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking, technical fluency in AI systems, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities (JD Points)

  1. Define Product Vision & Strategy
    Own the roadmap for the AI platform, aligning business goals with technical capabilities and market needs.
  2. Translate Requirements into Execution
    Convert business use cases into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering and AI teams.
  3. Collaborate Across Teams
    Act as the bridge between data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  4. Drive Agile Delivery
    Manage backlog, prioritize features, and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Monitor Product Performance
    Define success metrics, track model and platform performance, and continuously iterate based on data and feedback.

Required Capabilities (Top 5 Skills)

  1. Strong Agile Product Ownership
    Proven experience working as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments with end-to-end ownership of product delivery.
  2. AI/ML Understanding
    Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (model lifecycle, training, evaluation, deployment, data pipelines).
  3. Technical Fluency
    Ability to work closely with engineering teams—understanding APIs, system architecture, and platform design.
  4. Stakeholder Management
    Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
  5. Data-Driven Decision Making
    Ability to define KPIs, interpret data insights, and drive product decisions using analytics.
