L2 – Level 2 (Operations / Technical Support)
Focus: Operational management, configuration changes, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Managing user provisioning/deprovisioning exceptions and non-standard changes
• Supporting authentication issues for on-prem and web-based applications
• Supporting directory-based authentication for wired and wireless networks
• Managing AD-related system administration and configuration across platforms
• Troubleshooting and resolving AD incidents and escalations
• Managing AD integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications
• Assisting other teams with AD integration queries and dependencies
• GPO implementation, modification, and maintenance
• Coordinating deployment of security settings to servers and workstations
• DNS management activities related to AD integration
• Replication monitoring and basic tuning across sites
• Performing routine directory health checks and backups
