Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, implement, and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) solutions to manage user identities, groups, and roles effectively.
2. Develop and manage identity federation solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect protocols to enable single sign-on (SSO) capabilities for cloud and on-premises applications.
3. Configure and manage Azure AD Conditional Access policies to enforce security controls based on various conditions such as user location, device compliance, and application sensitivity.
4. Implement and manage Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to enhance authentication security for users accessing Azure and other integrated applications.
5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into IAM policies and procedures.
6. Conduct regular assessments and audits of Azure AD configurations to ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Provide expert technical guidance and support to IT teams and end-users on Azure AD IAM best practices, troubleshooting, and optimization.
8. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in identity and access management, evaluating their relevance and potential impact on our organization.
9. Participate in incident response activities related to IAM security incidents, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
Qualifications:
1. Understanding of SSO and basic components .
2. Extensive hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure Active Directory environments.
3. In-depth understanding of identity federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
4. Proficiency in configuring and managing Azure AD Conditional Access policies to enforce security controls.
5. Strong knowledge of Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and its integration with Azure AD and other applications.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
7. Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate are highly desirable.

| Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance | Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks. Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance. |
| Training and Awareness | Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails. |
