🔹 Job Title
Saviynt IAM Engineer / IGA Consultant (L3)
🔹 Experience
7–8 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) with hands-on exposure to Saviynt IAM

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Saviynt Implementation & Configuration
    • Implement and configure Saviynt for: 
        ○ Identity lifecycle management (Joiner-Mover-Leaver – JML)
        ○ Access request workflows
        ○ Role-based provisioning 
    • Configure identity policies, workflows, and approval matrices
    • Deploy end-to-end Saviynt IAM SaaS solutions

2. Identity Lifecycle & Access Management
    • Manage user provisioning / de-provisioning across target systems 
    • Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and access governance strategies
    • Handle access certification and recertification campaigns
3. Integration & Development
    • Integrate Saviynt with: 
        ○ Applications and target systems via REST APIs / connectors
        ○ Customize workflows, rules, and identity processes
    • Work on onboarding applications and feed integrations

4. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
    • Configure compliance controls: 
        ○ Segregation of Duties (SoD)
        ○ Access governance policies
    • Generate reports using Saviynt analytics and dashboards
    • Support audit activities and regulatory compliance

5. Support & Troubleshooting
    • Provide L2/L3 support for Saviynt-related issues
    • Troubleshoot: 
        ○ Provisioning failures
        ○ Workflow execution errors
        ○ Integration issues
    • Perform root cause analysis and resolution

6. Collaboration & Documentation
    • Work with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and process mapping.
    • Prepare documentation (design docs, SOPs, runbooks)
    • Coordinate with IAM, security, and application teams

 Required Skills
Saviynt Core Skills
    • Strong hands-on experience with: 
        ○ Saviynt IGA platform (SaaS)
        ○ Identity lifecycle management
        ○ Access request, certification, and role management 

 Technical Skills
    • REST API integration and connectors 
    • Java / scripting basics (for customization and workflows)
    • Database knowledge (SQL preferred)
    • Unix/Linux basics

IAM & Security Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of: 
        ○ IAM / IGA concepts
        ○ RBAC, SoD, provisioning
        ○ SSO, MFA basics
    • Experience with compliance frameworks and audits

🔹 Good to Have
    • Experience with other IAM tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Azure AD)
    • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure / AWS)
    • Experience in Agile delivery environments

🔹 Educational Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Cybersecurity or equivalent
    • 5-6 years of experience in IAM domain with Saviynt exposure
        • Saviynt certification (preferred but not mandatory)

🔹 Role Level Expectation (L2/L3)
    • Handle end-to-end Saviynt implementation and operations
    • Work on integrations, workflows, and access governance
    • Provide technical support and optimization for IAM processes

Areas of responsibility  
Monitoring and Incident Detection Analyse attack trends and correlate logs across systems to identify advance threats. Enhance monitoring processes and implement improvements for faster detection, to ensure compliance with security frameworks and regulatory standards.
Incident Handling and Analysis Perform root cause analysis, create incident response plans and implement disaster recovery measures to minimize business disruption

Threat Assessment and Analytics Undertake forensic analysis using advanced analytics tools and implement mitigation measures to align with compliance requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination and Audit Assistance Liaise with cross functional teams, external vendors and auditors to ensure compliance with security frameworks.

Maintain audit documentation and ensure its accuracy while implementing processes that support audit readiness and continuous compliance.
Training and Awareness Assist in creating and delivering cybersecurity awareness sessions, including guidance on phishing and malicious emails.
