Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

Job Title: Microsoft 365 Copilot SME

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy custom Copilot agents using M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.

Integrate Copilot with Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.) and external APIs or knowledge sources.

Collaborate with conversation designers, business analysts, and IT teams to translate requirements into Copilot workflows.

Extend Copilot functionality using Power Platform.

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and provide hands-on support to end users.

Monitor adoption, gather feedback, and optimize Copilot usage across departments.

Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and data privacy standards.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI technologies.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 and enterprise IT environments.

Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and prompt engineering.

Strong understanding of GenAI technologies, Copilot extensibility, and plugin development.

Proficiency in Python scripting and API integration.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and support Copilot deployments in real-time.

Experience with security and compliance frameworks in Microsoft 365.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience supporting executive-level users.

Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Entra ID, and Microsoft Information Protection (MIP).
Mandatory Skills: M365 Copilot .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
