Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Title: Copilot Studio with GenAI & AI Agent Integration

Total Years of Experience: 10 years to 17 years

Location: Bengaluru

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 10-15 years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in enterprise application, integration, automation, cloud or AI engineering and at least 2 years delivering GenAI, Copilot or AI-agent solutions.
  • Proven ownership of at least one production AI-agent or RAG solution and multiple enterprise integrations from design through support transition.
  • Demonstrable hands-on capability in Copilot Studio, Python, REST APIs, Azure and Power Platform; direct ServiceNow integration experience is strongly required.
  • Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture and code reviews, estimating delivery, managing dependencies and resolving production issues.
  • Strong knowledge of security, identity, privacy, data governance, Responsible AI, operational readiness and enterprise change/release processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder management and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data/AI or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

 Preferred Skills and Certifications

  • Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or relevant current equivalents.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Azure DevOps/GitHub, Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure AI Search, Azure Key Vault and Application Insights.
  • Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework or comparable orchestration frameworks.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator, IntegrationHub or relevant implementation experience.
  • Experience with infrastructure/IT operations automation, ITIL processes, knowledge management and managed-services environments.
