Job Description

We are seeking a talented Internal Communicator to lead employee communication initiatives and programs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a passion for storytelling that can inspire and engage our audience.
 
Key responsibilities: 
•    Develop and execute internal communication campaigns that inform, engage, and inspire employees.
•    Craft compelling content for various communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive culture transformation and promote our initiatives and values.
•    Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business objectives.
•    Provide communication solutions for internal initiatives, promotional activities, branding, and publicity.
•    Ability to learn new tools and adapt to evolving technologies. 
 
Skills:
•    Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or Journalism.
•    Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•    Strong project management and organizational skills.
•    Ability to build and sustain relationships with colleagues at all levels.
•    Creative, innovative, and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment.
•    Good knowledge of content and research methodologies.
•    Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
