Job Description

 
- A minimum of three years of development experience in SailPoint IdentityNow is required.
- Proven ability in the design (both high-level and low-level), architecture, and implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Skilled in evaluating an existing SailPoint IdentityNow setup to identify opportunities for enhancement.
- Expertise in recommending best practices for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and developing a strategic roadmap for IGA implementation, upgrades, or transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in employing troubleshooting techniques to address complex, cross-functional issues.
- Experienced in integrating Identity Management systems with authoritative data sources and target applications.
- Successfully conducted integration with at least one authoritative source, such as PeopleSoft, Active Directory, SAP, or Workday, and established connectors for onboarding applications.
- Implemented automated processes for provisioning and de-provisioning, trusted system reconciliation, and self-service password/profile management.
- Strong knowledge of Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL, and REST/SOAP technologies.
- Familiar with directories such as LDAP and Active Directory.
- Understanding of databases, including Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL, along with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is a valuable asset.
