Enterprise AR/VR, Digital Twin & Real-Time 3D Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AR/VR & Digital Twin Engineer with strong expertise in real-time 3D technologies to design, develop, and deploy immersive enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will work on next-generation visualization platforms that integrate AR/VR experiences, digital twin simulations, and real-time 3D rendering into enterprise systems such as manufacturing, automotive, smart infrastructure, healthcare, and energy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AR/VR applications for enterprise use cases (training, remote assistance, simulation, visualization).

  • Build and maintain Digital Twin solutions integrating real-time data from IoT/PLM/ERP systems.

  • Develop high-performance real-time 3D applications using modern rendering engines.

  • Integrate 3D visualization with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, MES, CRM, etc.).

  • Work with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) for scalable deployment.

  • Optimize rendering performance for desktop, web, and XR devices.

  • Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and data engineering teams.

  • Conduct PoCs and prototype immersive solutions for enterprise clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience with Unity or Unreal Engine

  • Proficiency in C#, C++, or JavaScript (Three.js/WebGL)

  • Experience with AR/VR SDKs (OpenXR, ARCore, ARKit, Meta SDK, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Digital Twin frameworks and IoT integration

  • Experience in real-time data streaming (Kafka, MQTT, REST APIs)

  • Understanding of 3D modeling pipelines (Blender, Maya, CAD imports)

  • Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps pipelines
