Role & Responsibilities
Responsibility-

  • You are a systems thinker and storyteller who has a passion for innovation and turning ideas into reality.
  • 8+ years of experience in design technology, UX engineering, web development, design strategy or related field
  • Experience in front-end web technologies including HTML, CSS, and ReactJS. Experience with Firebase or other backend frameworks is a plus.
  • Proven track record in pushing the boundaries of user interface design through experimentation, developing new tools and processes, and partnering with design, engineering, data science, and research teams.
  • Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner.
  • Develop functional prototypes to inspire, advise, provoke, and lead the organization through provocations and proofs of concept that show what’s possible.
  • Expertise in storytelling and communicating concepts for executive-level audiences.
  • Lead the development of principles, standards, scalable practices, frameworks, and libraries in prototypes and motion in service to design.
  • Enable pixel-perfect execution for design and engineering across platforms. Accelerate and unblock team members to deliver with unparalleled quality and speed.
  • Streamline design processes by leading design systems and token-driven design/development.
  • Architect scalable code-based design systems that have design intention built-in.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to galvanize the org to act with game-changing prototyping product features and concepts.
