Python Developer

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend services using Python.
  • Build scalable microservices and REST APIs following established API design standards.
  • Design data models and integrate applications with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Implement application-level instrumentation for metrics, structured logging, distributed tracing, and telemetry collection.
  • Define and emit relevant application, operational, performance, and business metrics.
  • Build and maintain monitoring dashboards using Grafana or equivalent observability platforms.
  • Configure alerts and service-health indicators to support proactive issue detection.
  • Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to troubleshoot functional, performance, and production issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
  • Containerize applications using Docker and deploy and operate them on Kubernetes.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, security scanning, and deployment.
  • Apply backend security best practices, including authentication, authorization, input validation, secrets management, and secure API development.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, platform, and DevOps teams to improve application reliability and production readiness.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cline, Claude Code, or equivalent tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.

Stakeholder Collaboration-Collaborate with cross functional teams  to understand requirements, support development activities, check system compatibility, and ensure solutions meet expected standards.
