Job Title: Cloud Engineer – ECM
Key Technical Requirements
• Hands-on experience deploying Documentum applications on AKS is required.
• Strong skills in creating CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO) are mandatory.
• Solid knowledge of Documentum Core Fundamentals is needed.
• Experience with Documentum upgrades, particularly in cloud environments, is essential.
• CKAD certification is an added advantage.
• Agile methodology experience is required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.

Technical Skills & Knowledge
• Expert knowledge of at least one cloud platform, preferably Azure.
• Skilled in designing and implementing cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong experience with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Experience working with microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible.
• Skilled in applying architecture styles, software design patterns, and development best practices.
• Ability to evaluate technologies and perform trade-off analyses for architecture and design choices.
• Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes, and Log Analytics.
• Ability to design and implement security best practices, particularly for oil and gas compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Demonstrates the ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams to validate requirements and align with business objectives.
• Provides leadership in driving product design, architecture decisions, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones.

Business Acumen
• Understanding of Concurrent Engineering and Management of Change processes.
• Ability to quickly gain knowledge of business domains, workflows, and data processes.
• Experience translating business goals and objectives into effective technical solutions.

- Provide customer support/ service on the DevOps tools
- Timely support internal & external customers escalations on multiple platforms
- Troubleshoot the various problems that arise in implementation of DevOps tools across the project/ module
- Perform root cause analysis of major incidents/ critical issues which may hamper project timeliness, quality or cost
- Develop alternate plans/ solutions to be implemented as per root cause analysis of critical problems
- Follow escalation matrix/ process as soon as a resolution gets complicated or isnâÂÂt resolved
- Provide knowledge transfer, sharing best practices with the team and motivate
