As a Domain Consultant L3 specializing in TOPS Operations within Wipro Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the AI Native Business & Platforms, particularly focusing on the Transportation and Aviation sectors. This is an opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives that impact global aviation platforms through deep domain expertise and innovative thinking.

With 8-10 years of industry experience, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. Your insights will help align advanced AI-driven platform capabilities with the complex needs of the aviation domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in TOPS Ops to analyze and identify operational challenges and translate them into effective, scalable solutions within the aviation domain.
  • Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver end-to-end digital transformation projects aligned with Wipro’s strategic vision.
  • Conduct domain-specific assessments and provide consultative guidance on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure solutions are compliant and competitive.
  • Support client engagement activities by preparing and delivering presentations, workshops, and proof of concept demonstrations tailored to transportation and aviation customers.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, business cases, and technical specifications that capture and communicate domain knowledge effectively.
  • Mentor and guide junior consultants and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous professional growth.
  • Contribute to thought leadership by participating in forums, authoring white papers, or presenting at industry conferences to showcase Wipro’s capabilities in the AI Native Aviation Platforms space.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Mandatory: Demonstrated expertise in TOPS Operations within transportation or aviation sectors.
  • Extensive experience (8-10 years) in domain consulting roles involving complex operational environments and digital technology integration.
  • Strong understanding of aviation platform operations, including airline processes, airport management, or transportation logistics.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and business audiences.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business challenges.
  • Familiarity with AI and digital transformation technologies and their application to transportation and aviation is a strong advantage.
