JD: Senior Data Analyst - MDM

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management and hands‑on experience of 7+ years with the UCDSigma tool.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, governance, and analytics to support business and operational decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, analyze, and maintain Customer Master Data to ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness across systems.

Utilize UCDSigma Tool for customer data analysis, validation, enrichment, and reporting.

Identify data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with business, IT, and data governance teams to define and enforce master data standards and processes.

Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to support business stakeholders.

Support data onboarding, migrations, and integrations related to customer data.

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirements.

Document data processes, business rules, and analysis methodologies.

Provide recommendations to improve data quality, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in enterprise environments.

Strong expertise in Customer Master Data Management (MDM).

Hands‑on experience with UCDSigma Tool.

Proficient in SQL and data analysis techniques.

Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and in cross‑functional teams.

Good to Have

Experience with data governance frameworks and MDM solutions.

Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration.

Experience in customer lifecycle, CRM, or enterprise data platforms.
