Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Client Solution Manager to support our healthcare business across payer and provider markets. The successful candidate will lead the end‑to‑end sales and pursuit process for complex healthcare opportunities, ensuring high‑quality, compliant, and competitive proposals and solutions.
This role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing pursuit timelines, and driving the development of compelling value propositions. The Healthcare Client Solution Manager will own the quality, completeness, and competitiveness of the solution, including ensuring that proposed architectures, delivery models, and pricing structures are aligned with client needs and market benchmarks. The individual will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, delivery, pricing, and technical teams to shape winning strategies, articulate differentiated solutions, and meet all client requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Strategy Development: Partner with business development, sales, solutions, and delivery teams to define proposal strategy, win themes, differentiators, and value propositions aligned to client requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Bid Management: Lead the end‑to‑end bid management process, including pre‑RFP preparation, proposal planning, development, reviews, and final submission for healthcare opportunities across payer and provider markets.
- Proposal Writing & Editing: Develop, refine, and structure proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational messaging and solution positioning.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure all proposals meet RFP specifications, contractual requirements, internal governance standards, and branding guidelines.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, finance, legal, solution architects, delivery leaders, and SMEs—to gather inputs, validate content, and secure necessary approvals.
- Risk Identification: Assess bid‑related risks such as delivery feasibility, compliance gaps, operational constraints, and timelines; recommend mitigation steps.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and continuously update proposal templates, reusable assets, case studies, boilerplates, and lessons learned to improve efficiency and bid quality.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Track healthcare industry trends—payer, provider, clinical systems, digital health, and regulatory changes—to enhance proposal relevance and competitiveness.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report bid pipeline status, win/loss analysis, quality metrics, and insights to leadership, enabling continuous improvement.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in solution development, bid management, proposal development in healthcare industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare payer and/or provider environments, including familiarity with reimbursement models, care management, digital health, administrative workflows, and regulatory considerations.
- Solution Familiarity: Experience working with healthcare technology solutions such as claims platforms, care management systems, EHR/EMR systems, population health tools, analytics platforms, or interoperability/integration frameworks.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to work with pricing teams to ensure competitive, market-aligned commercial models.
- Writing & Communication: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with high attention to detail.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret client requirements, evaluate solution options, and identify risks or gaps.
- Organization: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
