Role Description:

This is a pivotal role in our Europe Marketing team, responsible for driving integrated campaigns across the region that fuel client engagement and pipeline growth across key service lines and industries. 

A͏bout the role:

This is an enterprise-focused B2B marketing role with an exciting and broad scope, central to our regional marketing planning and campaign execution. We’re looking for a creative, datadriven Demand Generation Manager to develop integrated campaigns, ABM programs, and curate standout content that fuels pipeline growth for our global IT services solutions. Working closely with Global Service Line Marketing Managers and Field Marketing teams, the role leads demand programs, aligns marketing with sales priorities, and ensures highquality lead generation that supports our strategic solutions and gotomarket priorities.

R͏esponsibilities:

This is a mid-level B2B marketing role for someone with experience in a similar environment looking for a new challenge. Ability to build strong relationships and proactively collaborate across teams is key, with emphasis on Global Service Line Marketing Managers, Field Marketing teams and central marketing teams such as MarTech, Brand and PR. Key responsibilities include:

  • Demand Generation: Development and execution of outbound campaigns and inbound journeys targeting key personas in priority accounts, designed to generate qualified leads and engagement outcomes.
  • Campaign coordination and activation: Working across a matrix structure of Central Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and Field Marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Work with content and creative teams/agencies to produce impactful assets, curate existing global content and adapt it into compelling, campaignready formats aligned to regional priorities.
  • Account-based Marketing: Support regional Marketing heads by designing 1-2-1 programs, capability, and content for local deployment, to increase the engagement of buying teams in priority accounts, to help shape and win large deals.
  • Industry GTM: Curate industry-focused campaigns taking existing global content and working with regional domain experts to fuel cluster ABM including campaigns and newsletters aligned to Europe priority industries and accounts.
  • Alliance Partner, Analyst & Advisor collaboration: Work proactively with marketing colleagues aligned to key partners and A&A, build regional programs to support local Field Marketing efforts, orchestrate events with Europe-wide opportunity, and leverage MDF - all designed to support regional GTM.
  • KPI Measurement & Data Insights: Utilize analytics platforms working closely with the MarTech team to understand campaign impact and create dashboards/reports to interpret and visualize outcomes to guide others.

E͏xperience:

A well-rounded B2B marketing professional, with experience working in fast-paced environments and who understands the marketing function well. The successful candidate will be familiar with coordinating the operation of campaigns, both integrated campaigns and ABM of various types, and the marketing technology and platforms that support this. Specifically:

  • Minimum 8 years’ B2B marketing experience working in Demand Generation, Campaign Management, Field Marketing, and/or ABM roles. IT Services, SaaS or Technology industry experience preferable.
  • A strong team player who demonstrates good communication skills and initiative
  • Strong background in content creation or content curation for B2B Demand Generation purposes.
  • Excellent knowledge of marketing channels, technology and platforms, ideally Salesforce.com, Marketo, and 6Sense or similar.
  • Good organizational skills, experience of working in a fast-paced environment, and ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to highlight key insights in an impactful and simple way.
  • Experience in a similar role servicing the Europe region.
  • High energy self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly.
