Role Title - Designated Investigator – Internal Investigation
Location - Anywhere in India
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal enquiry basis complaints received
- Engage all relevant stakeholder basis merit of concern and investigation scope
- Acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias
- Recommend process improvements or policy changes.
- Recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with Disciplinary Handbook
- Conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe
- Conduct awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders
- Respond to audit or legal queries.

Qualification and Experience
- Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant.
- Experience of conducting complex corporate fraud and workplace investigations, with a minimum total experience of 7-10 years, of which, 4-6 years should be in a Big 4.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & ability to prepare presentations.
- Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions.
- High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries.
