Role Title - Designated Investigator – Internal Investigation

Location - Anywhere in India

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct internal enquiry basis complaints received
  2. Engage all relevant stakeholder basis merit of concern and investigation scope
  3. Acknowledge and hear all issues and concerns without prejudice and bias
  4. Recommend process improvements or policy changes.
  5. Recommend remedial/mitigating actions in line with Disciplinary Handbook
  6. Conclude concerns within a stipulated timeframe
  7. Conduct awareness sessions amongst employees and other stakeholders
  8. Respond to audit or legal queries.

Qualification and Experience

  1. Educational Qualification - Chartered Accountant.
  2. Experience of conducting complex corporate fraud and workplace investigations, with a minimum total experience of 7-10 years, of which, 4-6 years should be in a Big 4.
  3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  4. Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office & ability to prepare presentations.
  6. Proficient at anticipating challenges and recommending solutions.
  7. High customer orientation including prompt response to emails/queries.
