Copilot Developer

Copilot Developer

Role Summary:
As a Copilot Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing intelligent Copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and GitHub Copilot. You will work closely with business units to translate use-case requirements into functional prototypes that enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom Copilots using Copilot Studio, Power Platform connectors, and Azure OpenAI APIs.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Azure AI Foundry and Azure Cognitive Search.
  • Integrate telemetry and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Fabric dashboards.
  • Use GitHub Copilot for code generation, debugging, and automated testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders during UAT sessions, collect feedback, and iterate on prototypes.
  • Maintain version control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies including PII controls and RBAC.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and custom connector development.
  • Familiarity with LangChain, semantic search, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and observability frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML or automation development.
  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio.
  • Experience working in healthcare or regulated enterprise environments.
