The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of shaping and winning large, complex deals by developing compelling value propositions and transformation‑led digital workplace solutions. This role demands strong strategic thinking, a deep understanding of digital workplace technologies, and the ability to create roadmap‑driven transformation journeys for global clients.

Solution Strategy, Architecture & Integration
- Define end‑to‑end solution strategy, including transition and transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Architect and lead solutions across all major Digital Workplace domains, such as:
- Service Desk & Experience Management
- Field support services
- End‑User Computing (EUC)- Software Distribution, Patch Management, and Application Packaging
- Mobility solutions
- IT asset management (ITAM)
- Windows migration, etc.
- Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, etc.)
- Digital Workplace Platforms and Tools – ServiceNow, Nexthink, Avaamo, Systrack, Kore.ai, and other emerging technologies
- ITIL‑aligned Service Management
- Transition & DWS Transformation Programs
- Collaborate closely with Practice SMEs, domain consultants, and delivery teams to develop detailed, feasible, and scalable solution designs.
- Engage proactively with advisory and analyst firms such as ISG, Everest, Gartner, Deloitte, PwC, etc., to influence positioning and align with market benchmarks.
- Identify and articulate win themes based on client business priorities, competitive insights, and organizational differentiators.
2. Commercial Modeling & Deal Structuring
- Lead the design of commercial models for large and complex pursuits.
- Benchmark cost components, unit rates, and productivity across all solution towers.
- Work closely with Business Finance Managers (BFMs) to develop internal P&L models and align them with customer pricing formats.
- Review, integrate, and optimize cost estimations across:
- Steady‑state operations
- Transition and transformation efforts
- Tools licensing, implementation, and support
- EUC field services
- Hardware/software BOMs for data center, network, and security
- Migration and modernization programs
- In-depth knowledge of digital workplace technologies on Microsoft platforms and ServiceNow platform. E.g., MS Autopilot or ServiceNow Employee Center, etc.
- Develop solution strategies that align with the client’s digital transformation initiatives including service automation, AI, and analytics.
- Understand current market pricing trends and competitive positioning to construct commercially winning bids.
- Drive commercial negotiations with client CXOs, procurement leaders, and external advisors.
- Present clear, data‑driven commercial insights to internal leadership teams, including senior management and governance councils.
3. Leadership, Influence & Stakeholder Management
- Articulate solution strategy, value levers, and transformation outcomes confidently in customer engagements.
- Influence client decision‑making criteria and shape the evaluation process to maximize competitive advantage.
- Lead or contribute effectively within cross‑functional pursuit teams in complex and ambiguous environments.
- Collaborate with pursuit leads, delivery leaders, and governance stakeholders to ensure solution integrity and feasibility.
- Participate in client negotiations, guide technical elements of contract structuring, and ensure alignment with delivery standards and commercial guardrails.

- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience driving multi‑tower solution pricing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in fast‑paced, high‑pressure bid environments while maintaining clarity and structure.
- Deep understanding of the Digital Workplace ecosystem, automation platforms, cloud‑based solutions, and operational frameworks.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
- A minimum of ten years of experience in pre-sales and solution designing
- Proven experience in managing digital workplace services or related IT functions
