Job Description: 

Job Description

·         Engage with customer as an enterprise architect and identify vision and roadmap of the customer on Digital Journey and specific technology requirements on End user computing
·         Design and architect end-to-end EUC solutions leveraging Microsoft Intune\SCCM (Endpoint Manager) Windows 10/11.
·         Lead the implementation of Modern Device Management (MDM/MAM) strategies, including Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, and Application Management including windows and mac devices.
·         Manage hybrid, AAD joined devices, provide encryption and patching solutions (WUFB and macOS via Intune), oversee AVD environment
·         Stitch solution across multiple technologies and drive consultants from various technology streams to work in collaboration towards the project technical and business goals
·         Track compliance, SLA’s, generate report and coordinate with vendors\OEM’s
·         Govern project status reporting and stakeholder communication
·         See the bigger picture as an enterprise architect and ensure that the right solution is proposed to the customer requirements to help achieve his business goals.
·         Review and drive to ensure all technical documentations are of industry standards before submitting to the customer.
 
Skills and Experience: EUC Architect
·         Hands on Design and solution experience on End Point Device management, Software Management, OS Distribution and migration, Software Distribution, File and Print Services and Collaboration Tools
·         Good understanding on Workspace one and Autopilot solutions
·         Knowledge in batch and PowerShell scripting
·         Should posses exposure to process related to application packaging and app deployments
 
Required Skills:
·         Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune, including MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and compliance policies.
·         Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Endpoint Analytics.
·         Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration.
·         Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture, Conditional Access, and Defender for Endpoint.
·         Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 
·         Experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Citrix, or other EUC platforms.
·         Experience with macOS or iOS/Android device management
 
Preferred Qualifications:
·         15+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in an EUC architect or senior engineering role.
·         Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
·         Microsoft Certifications: MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, or similar.
Mandatory Skills: EUC Consulting .
