Job Description

  • As a Flowable Developer at Wipro Technologies, you will leverage your strong expertise in Java and Flowable BPM to design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex, scalable business process management solutions. Your role involves translating technical requirements into effective software workflows and enhancing the platform by implementing database migrations and Flowable DB changes.
  • You will actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with business needs.
  • Your expertise in Spring Boot will enable the development of robust, secure, and efficient microservices. Experience with SQL, JPA, and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Azure SQL will be essential for optimal data management and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS is advantageous, as it empowers you to rapidly prototype solutions and enhance user experience integration.
  • Your role will also involve contributing to cloud-native application development using microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker, supporting Wipro’s commitment to scalable and efficient deployment practices.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, optimize system performance, and continuously improve development methodologies. A deep understanding of development tools, architectural principles, and design patterns will be fundamental to your success.

1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring Achieve flawless onboarding and implementation with zero critical errors, maintain throughput rates per project standards, and strictly adhere to scheduled release and deployment timelines.
2. Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Deliver projects on time while managing software quality and resolving queries promptly. Ensure positive customer experience through effective communication and achieve successful completion of relevant skill certification programs to promote continuous professional development.
3. Management Information System (MIS) & Reporting Ensure 100% accuracy in generating timely MIS reports and performance dashboards, providing stakeholders with up-to-date insights into project status and key metrics.

By meeting these key performance indicators, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction within the technology services team, while supporting Wipro’s vision for excellence in enterprise applications.
