Job Description: 

Job Description

·       Should have good expertise in Firewall(Foritgate & Paloalto) functionalities and good to have expertise in tools like Netskope, Skyhigh Web gateway, Zscaler or equivalent.

·       Should be able to handle the changes requests raised for the firewall port opening.

·       Should have good understanding on NAT, VPN tunnel etc.,

·       Must be able to review the new Firewall release versions, discuss with L3 and should be able to independently drive the upgrade.

·       Good knowledge of Packet capturing & analysis.

·       Must have experience working on IDS, IPS in firewall.

·       Must have experience in handling the Firewall signatures and configure the same, fine-tune the signatures.

·       Must have good exposure in handling the alerts\errors patterns, targeted attacks and malicious injections and able to mitigate.

·       Should be able to understand the customer environment traffic flows and able to quickly adopt to the PROD environment.

·       Need to work on the firewall rule clean-ups, detect unused policies/rules as part of monthly review.

·       Support DC/DR drill activities.

·       Should be an expert in analyzing & handling the SIEM alerts, should be able to provide the RCA for the alerts & provide solution and guide on best practices to reduce or stop the alerts in future.
