Job Description
Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to create exceptional and detailed architectural application design and provide thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1, L2 technical support to users for CAD/CAE/PLM tools ( SolidWorks, Creo, AutoCAD, Ansys, Abaqus, Ansa, Cadenas etc).
- Manage and optimize license servers using Flexera, Open LM, and vendor-specific license reporting tools.
- Perform application packaging and deployment via SCCM, including preparation of software installable (packages).
- Generate and analyze license utilization reports, providing actionable insights through Power BI dashboards.
- Lead and mentor a support team, assigning priorities for incidents and service requests raised by users.
- Execute migration tasks, including design data server migrations and related infrastructure updates.
- Collaborate with vendors, IT teams, and engineering departments to resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain documentation for support processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
