GenAI Engineer

 

Design, build, and iterate the agentic AI and RAG capabilities for the nurse leader cockpit. Implement data grounded prompt patterns, retrieval pipelines, tool calling, and conversation flows that can answer questions about exceptions and recommend interventions. Partner with data engineering and BI to align on governed metrics, implement evaluation harnesses (accuracy, grounding, safety), and optimize latency and cost. Contribute production code, tests, and documentation across the AI service, APIs, and user experience integration.

 

Qualification requirements

 

Bachelor’s in computer science, Engineering, or similar, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

 

3+ years building production software and APIs.

1+ years delivering LLM, RAG, or agentic workflows in real environments (internal or external users).

Experience integrating AI services with analytics or enterprise data sources.

Skills

 

Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.

RAG fundamentals: embeddings, chunking, retrieval, reranking, prompt engineering, grounding.

Agent workflows: tool calling, orchestration, state management, evaluation and testing.

Familiarity with vector databases or search (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector).

Basic MLOps and security hygiene (secrets, logging, access control, PHI awareness).

In-depth knowledge of generative AI technologies and frameworks.

Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns.

Experience with microservices architecture and implementation is a plus.

Proficiency in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Mandatory Skills: GCP AI ML Dialogflow .
