Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept GRC Archer Lead / Architect to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of our RSA Archer platform. This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Archer GRC solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance objectives while driving platform scalability, integration, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture, configuration, and deployment of RSA Archer GRC solutions.
  • Design and implement GRC use cases including Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, Policy Management, and Third-Party Risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Archer solutions.
  • Oversee Archer platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain data integration strategies using Archer Data Feed Manager and APIs.
  • Establish governance standards and best practices for Archer development and administration.
  • Provide technical leadership to Archer developers and administrators.
  • Conduct platform health checks, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in GRC technology, with at least 3 years in RSA Archer architecture and implementation.
  • RSA Archer Certified Administrator or Specialist preferred.
  • Strong understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COSO).
  • Proficiency in Archer Data Feed Manager, Access Control, and Application Builder.
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, SQL).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
