JOB Description

Hands-on experience in AI chatbot testing and CI/CD exposure 

  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers focused on AI/Chatbot testing projects.
  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for conversational AI systems.
  • Oversee functional, regression, performance, and usability testing of chatbot applications.
  • Validate NLP/NLU models, intent recognition, and dialogue flows.
  • Ensure chatbot integrations with CLM platforms are thoroughly tested and compliant.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and data science.
  • Drive automation initiatives and CI/CD integration for QA processes.
  • Monitor and report on QA metrics, test coverage, and defect trends.
  • Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in AI testing and CLM technologies.

2. Skill upgradation and competency building

  • Clear wipro exams and internal certifications from time to time to upgrade the skills
  • Attend trainings, seminars to sharpen the knowledge in functional/ technical domain
  • Write papers, articles, case studies and publish them on the intranet
