• Develop and maintain a world-class enterprise architecture framework that evolves to include AI-powered tooling, automated governance, and real-time decision-making capabilities.

Required Experience & Skills:
- At least 25 years of progressive leadership experience encompassing technology, enterprise architecture, consulting, transformation, and engineering.
- Proven leadership in global enterprise architecture, digital and cloud transformation initiatives, and technology strategy development for large enterprises.
- Extensive history advising C-suite executives including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders on multi-year, high-impact technology investments.
- Deep technical expertise spanning applications, cloud infrastructure, data strategy, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, integration, engineering, and organizational operating models.
- Cross-industry and international experience with demonstrated success in consulting-driven business growth and influence.
- Skilled at managing and mentoring distributed, diverse teams, and developing scalable intellectual property and thought leadership.
- Adept at navigating complex matrix organizations, leveraging influence, collaboration, and strategic alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior executive roles such as CTO, Chief Architect, or global head of technology strategy and enterprise architecture.
- Experience working within global consulting firms, technology services companies, systems integrators, or major enterprises.
- Specialized knowledge in regulated or technology-intensive industries such as banking, capital markets, insurance, healthcare, energy, telecommunications, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled transformation frameworks, agentic system architectures, platform-centric operating models, and technology economics.
- Established professional networks with hyperscaler platforms, strategic technology partners, and industry analysts.

Education & Logistics: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or related disciplines is typically required; advanced degrees and certifications in architecture, cloud, security, engineering, or program management are considered advantageous. Equivalent demonstrated leadership and professional experience will be equally valued. This global leadership role may require relocation flexibility to key international hubs and frequent travel to support client engagements and leadership development activities worldwide.
