Job Description 

Mobile Banking: Golang Backend Engineer

Role Levels: Backend Developer (5–15 years)

Tech Stack: Golang, Microservices, NoSQL, CI/CD, GCP 

5–8 years of backend development experience· Strong hands-on experience in Golang·

 Experience with microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and distributed systems·

 Practical experience with NoSQL databases· Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, Kubernetes· Experience deploying applications on GCP

Key Responsibilities (Common)·

 

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang· Build and operate microservices-based architectures·

Develop integrations with NoSQL databases (MongoDB / Cassandra / Firestore or similar)· 

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment·

Deploy and manage services on GCP (GKE / Cloud Run / Pub/Sub / Logging & Monitoring)·

Follow coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure high code quality· Collaborate with product, DevOps/SRE, and platform teams· Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability
