Process Implementation (ITSM/ITIL):

- Design, implement, and optimize ITSM/ITIL processes (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management).
- Align process frameworks with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Conduct process assessments and gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and training materials for process adoption.
- Define and enforce quality standards across project deliverables.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service excellence.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with QA teams to integrate quality checks into project workflows.
- gile projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

- Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL frameworks and process design.
