We are seeking a MIS Analyst responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and insight-driven management information, while leveraging Advanced Excel, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot to automate reporting workflows and enhance analytical depth for leadership decision-making.

  • Own end-to-end MIS reporting across GPO functions (Hire to Retire process).
  • Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards for leadership, including trends and variance analysis.
  • Develop advanced Excel and VBA-based MIS solutions for data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and automated reporting.
  • Automate data extraction, consolidation, refresh, and report distribution using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot to generate executive summaries, insights, and variance commentary.
  • Ensure data accuracy, audit readiness, and governance controls across all MIS outputs.
  • Perform root-cause and trend analysis to highlight risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve data gaps.
  • Reduce manual MIS effort through automation, standardization, and AI enablement.
  • Maintain documentation, version control, and UAT support for MIS processes.

Role Purpose

We are seeking an automation specialist with expert-level skills in Advanced Excel and VBA, and hands-on experience building end-to-end workflows in Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows and Power Automate for Desktop). Enabling AI-Augmented Automation by incorporating intelligent agents to enhance traditional automation, enabling smarter decision-making and adaptive workflows. The role partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design resilient automations, and deliver measurable impact through cycle-time reduction, accuracy improvement, and scalable governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain robust solutions using dynamic arrays, Power Query, Power Pivot, and advanced formulas.
  • Develop production-grade VBA with proper error handling, logging, and modular architecture.
  • Build and operate Power Automate cloud flows (approvals, scheduled, instant) and Power Automate for Desktop (attended/unattended RPA) with strong exception handling and retry patterns.
  • Integrate with core Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Teams, Excel Online, Forms) and enterprise systems (e.g., SQL, ServiceNow, SAP) via standard and custom connectors.
  • AI capabilities such as AI Builder, Copilot actions, maintain governance and compliance for AI solutions, ensuring ethical and responsible use of technology.
  • Partner with business owners to translate requirements into MVPs, estimate benefits (hours/FTE saved), and prioritize a backlog of automation opportunities.
  • Establish operational metrics and dashboards; proactively monitor and remediate failures.
  • Champion reusability and code quality via peer reviews, version control, and standard patterns; provide user training and hypercare support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and governance for initiatives and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
  • Learning agility and curiosity to adopt new tools/technologies aligned to business needs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Must Have

  • Power BI & Analysis: Expert-level proficiency in Power Query, Power Pivot, dynamic arrays, advanced formulas, and VBA development.
  • Automation Skills: Strong experience in designing and supporting Power Automate cloud flows; exposure to Power Automate for Desktop (RPA) is highly preferred.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to run workshops, document processes, and train end users effectively.

Good to Have

  • AI Agentic Capabilities: Experience in leveraging AI-driven automation and agentic workflows—such as orchestrating autonomous agents for decision-making, process optimization, and intelligent task execution across enterprise systems.
