10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on experience in one or more technical disciplines and 10+ years supporting high-quality, reliable technology services.
ITIL Operating Model: Proven record of success running IT Service Management in an ITIL operating model.
Lead ITSM & Helpdesk - One point of contact for Bill (Hands on exp working in helpdesk & ITSM process)
Service Management Platform: 7+ years of experience in designing a Service Management platform (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, BMC).
ITIL Certification: ITIL v3 or v4 certification is required.
