JD – JSM Developer (Atlassian Cloud) – 5+ Years Experience

Role Summary:
The JSM Developer will implement JSM configurations, workflows, SLAs, forms, portals, integrations, and automation rules on Atlassian Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure JSM projects, request types, portals, dynamic forms, queues.
- Build workflows with validators, conditions, transitions.
- Implement automation for SLAs, routing, approvals, escalations.
- Develop integrations using APIs/webhooks (AWS, Teams, email handlers).
- Build dashboards and reports for operational visibility.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Required Skills:
- 5+ years Jira/JSM configuration experience.
- Expertise in workflows, SLAs, request types, automation, portals.
- Familiarity with JSON, REST APIs, ScriptRunner, Groovy/Python.
- Understanding of ITSM processes.
