Rate :- 100K/M

Location: Any Wipro location in India

Shift: Eastern time Zone, Swing shift

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for delivering in the architecture of Enterprise Networking, which includes Advisory, Implementation and Migration and Optimization services, for Routing and Switching, SD WAN, & DNA, technologies within Enterprise environments.

You will provide guidance and oversight to team members giving Consulting Services and Technical Support for customers during delivery projects. You will create customer deliverable documentation including Design documents, Migration Plan, MoP’s, Test Plans, recommendations of best practices for the campus networks and participate and facilitate design workshops and delivers consultancy services to customer.

•             You can produce architectural design for  scale networks

•             You are able to performs analysis and diagnosis of most complex networking problems and designs.

•             You are able to provide the highest-level crisis management.

•             You have the ability to act as the technical specialist for the most complex deployments and may also act in a technical team leadership capacity.

•             You can identify skills and business shortfalls and establishes programs to address them.

•             You proactively collaborate with Professional Services NCE’s to ensure optimal use of resources to meet customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications

     •             Requires BS/BE/BTech degree or equivalent plus 8+ years of related experience in IT industry.

•             8+ years of experience in Cisco R&S technologies. Any Cisco competitor knowledge will be a definite plus.

•             CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure and the specialization of Enterprise.

•             Desirable Certified Expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure and CCNA AUTO

•             CCNA Automation

•             Knowledge in IP internetworking, LAN Switching, SDWAN, DNA, and WAN protocols. IP Routing protocols (IGRP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), Programming Skills.

•             Good knowledge of programming to be able creating scripts and using AI tools to automate the delivery process.

•             Certified in Process Areas (ITIL/ TOGAF/ ISO) Working Knowledge in Quality Systems and Industry Standards.

•             Essential Skills on Enterprise branch/campus Design/Integration/Implementation with hands-on experience on Cisco Cat switch series along with ISR WAN series will be required.

•             Experience delivering projects being a team or technical lead and accountable of the customer outcomes.

•             Great leadership skills, it will be leading technical teams and manage critical situations with customers.

•             Proficient in English. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is obligatory.

•             Candidates should have work authorization for Mexico.

Areas of responsibility

Triaging and resolution of tickets-Provide resolution to high priority incident (P2) tickets, performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to ensure timely closure.

SLA Monitoring-Ensure SLA compliance for assigned technology areas and ensure proactive escalation management.

Performance tuning and optimization-Analyse system performance data, coordinate findings on system behaviour, and support capacity planning initiatives to enhance overall system efficiency.

Perform system Improvements-Create mitigation measures to evaluate new tools or improvements by collaborating with technical teams.

Handling disaster recovery-Perform security assessments and recovery drills, and implement necessary controls to ensure compliance with established security standards.

Reporting and stakeholder engagement-Participate in weekly and monthly service review meetings, provide updates on performance and issues, and support stakeholder communication to ensure transparency and service alignment.

Team Management-Collaborate with team members to resolve open tickets and service requests.

Knowledge base and continuous learning  Contribute to updating SOPs, knowledge articles and maintaining the knowledge repository for the purpose of future ticket resolution.
