Title: ServiceNow Lead
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration hub.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
- Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations.
- Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) configuration and customization.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
