Title: ServiceNow Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, strong scripting and integration skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
  • Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
  • Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces aligned with business needs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and integration hub.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
  • Support ServiceNow platform administration, including roles, ACLs, and performance optimization.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and support guides.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow modules and configurations.
  • Deep expertise in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request) configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, AngularJS (for Service Portal), and server/client scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and ServiceNow Studio.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IT Service Management practices.
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
