Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and troubleshoot solutions/ designs/ models/ simulations on various softwares as per client’s/ project requirements

Job Summary

We are looking for a QA Engineer with strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing using Python. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in test planning, automation framework development, and end-to-end testing in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing (functional, regression, integration, system testing).

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using Python.

  • Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.

  • Automate UI and API test cases.

  • Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools.

  • Work closely with developers and product teams for issue resolution.

  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

  • Ensure quality standards are met before release.

Technical Skills (Must Have)

  • Strong experience in Manual Testing

  • Python for automation scripting

  • Automation frameworks such as:

    • PyTest / Unittest

    • Selenium with Python

  • API Testing (REST, JSON)

  • SQL for database validation

  • Test Management & Defect Tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.)

  • Git / Version Control
