Role Purpose


The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

 Experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules.Planning, Designing & Implementation ServiceNow Event Management solution which includes Integration, Configuration along with Service Operations WorkflowEnable the module inline to number of licenses required, understanding on licenseIntegration of Different Monitoring sources through Connector Instances based and API basedDeep understanding of domain concepts like SNMP Traps, servers, databases etc., for Integration understandingEvent Field Mapping: Creation, modification and customizationEvent Rules and Alert Management rules: Creation, modification and customizationSubflow and flow designer development and customizationAlert Co-relation rules: Creation, modification and customizationReg-ex creation and customizationUnderstanding of Java scriptsExperience in Service Operations Workspace: Enable, customize using UI builder and for List views and accessDashboards and Reports: Creation, modification and customizationEvent Management properties and their importanceMID server Installation for Event Management capabilitiesUnderstanding of Metric Intelligence and Health Log analyticsAble to create Remediation solutions using flows and external API/script callsCreate/update detailed documentation of all products including but not limited to design documentation, technical operations, support documentation, and release notes.Ensure all work adheres to standard work, policies, and best practices for development and platform maintenance.Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure enterprise design decisions align with ServiceNow best-practices
