Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

VMware vSphereVMware L3 Engineer must have expertise in installation, Configuration and Administration of vSphere v7.x and above.VMWare ESXi Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting.vCenter Server Appliance Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting.Configuring and troubleshooting of vSphere HA/DRS clusters.VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) Implementation Configuration & TroubleshootingCisco UCS AdministrationMust have good experience in Cisco UCS blade infrastructure management including below as hands-on.Configure, Manage & Troubleshooting of Fabric Interconnect level issues.Configure, VLANs as per need basis.Create and update of vNIC & vHBA TemplatesVMware Site Recovery Manger (SRM)Must have good experience in VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) management including below as hands-on.Configure, Manage, and test VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM) for disaster recovery and business continuity.Develop and execute SRM recovery plans, including failover and failback operations.Perform regular DR drills to validate SRM configuration and recovery readiness.Windows AdministrationGood to have experience in Windows Server administration including below.Perform routine administration of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, updates, and performance tuning.Manage Active Directory users, groups, organizational units (OUs), and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).Troubleshoot and resolve Windows server issues related to services, login failures, and network connectivity.Support file and print services, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows infrastructure components.Assist in implementing security policies, including access controls, auditing, and vulnerability remediation.Participate in system backups, restores, and disaster recovery procedures for Windows-based workloads.
