Job Description

As a Lead Administrator - L1 specializing in Dynatrace at Wipro Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced Application Performance Management (APM) solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be essential in designing, deploying, and optimizing Dynatrace solutions across diverse IT environments including On-Premises, Cloud, and Hybrid Cloud infrastructures.

In this role, you will lead the complete lifecycle of Dynatrace implementations, collaborating closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and tailoring solutions that extract maximum value. You will actively contribute to technical presales efforts, crafting solution architectures that meet the complex needs of enterprise IT estates across various industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving end-to-end deployment and customization of Dynatrace tools to monitor application, infrastructure, and user experience performance at scale.
  • Managing projects from initial proof of concept (PoC) through to full-scale production deployment, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors to devise innovative approaches and address bespoke customer requirements.
  • Documenting technical resolutions thoroughly to build a robust knowledge base, facilitating peer learning and continuous improvement in operational practices.
  • Conducting comprehensive product demonstrations and training sessions to empower clients and stakeholders with deep insights into Dynatrace capabilities.
  • Remaining abreast of emerging trends and advancements in AIOps, applying new features and best practices to maintain cutting-edge solutions.
