Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide significant technical expertise in architecture planning and design of the concerned tower (platform, database, middleware, backup etc) as well as managing its day-to-day operations

DDI Infoblox
Key Responsibilities:
· 6+ years of experience in network management, specifically with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
· Automate network tasks to improve operational efficiency.
· DNS record Like A+PTR/CNAME/TXT/SPF/DKIM/DMARC/SRV creation/deletion/changes.
· Zone creation/deletion like Authoritative/Delegative/Forward zone.
· IP Subnet/ Link Address/ Loopback Address Management/Fixed Address (allocation/removal of subnet)
· Upgradations of Infoblox NIOS version in Grid Master/GMC/Grid members.
· Stonge DNS industry experiences with global enterprise DNS solution experiences
· Experience in TCP/IP network protocols and services including HTTP, FTP, DNS, NTP,
· DHCP Failover association related issues troubleshooting.
· Printer DNS request fulfillment.
· Deployment of a new Infoblox.
· Decommissions of old Infoblox device.
F5 Load Balancer
· Configuration changes on F5 load balancer like VIP & WIP creation, LTM & GTM pool members.
· Updating SSL certificate for the URLs in the F5 devices by renewing it before expiration.
· Configured load balancing methods to distribute traffic across application servers improving response times
· Adding the static route and removing as per request.
Routing & Switching
· Good knowledge of Routing troubleshooting like OSPF, BGP, Static route etc.
· Good knowledge of Switching troubleshooting like VLAN, Trunk port, STP, HSRP, Ether channel
· Handling P1/2/3/4/5 depends on issue/outages.
· Confidence to have Troubleshooting call with customer /stockholders.
· L2/L3 Vlan creation. Vlan Port allocation, HSRP/VRRP creation
· EtherChannel and port channel addition/deletion/changes.
· OSPF/BGP routing configuration.
· Bandwidth Speed Port configuration, Access list/Prefix list configuration.
· Stack switch configuration/Removal of stack switch.
