Posiition: Lead Analyst

Shift: 12:00pm- 9:30pm

About the Team: -Team is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and delivering high-quality client reports, portfolio analytics, and investor communications materials. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant reporting for institutional clients.

 Key Responsibilities: -

• Prepare and review periodic client reports, investor statements, factsheet and performance summaries

. • Act as a subject matter expert for client reporting, ensuring high standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and client requirements.

• Analyze ad-hoc client reporting requirements and ensure accurate and timely delivery. 

• Manage day-to-day team deliverables, including work allocation, prioritization, and timely completion of reporting cycles.

• Maintain strong controls to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows and reduce manual intervention

. • Own and continuously enhance process documentation, including SOPs, control checklists, and training materials.

• Support management with client interactions, escalations, and internal reporting related to service delivery and performance metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile: -

• Postgraduate in Finance with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in asset management, private credit, or a similar financial services environment, including team leadership.

• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio/investor reporting, and performance measurement.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex reports and end-to-end reporting cycles.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, mentor junior staff, and drive performance under tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.

• A desire to work in an international team environment, often under pressure, and with multiple stakeholders.
