Key Responsibilities
•    Ad hoc analytical ownership: Lead local delivery of bespoke analyses across sectors and locations responding to senior stakeholder requests
•    Consistent Messaging: Ensure accuracy coherence and alignment of outputs across regions platforms and stakeholders
•    Insight generation: Translate data into clear insights using trend and time series analysis and market data to inform AM and leadership discussions (vacancy and releasing trends, deep research, market updates, comp analysis)
•    Lease Intelligence: Maintain and interpret tenant and vacancy exposure, leasing progress and development metrics to support asset and portfolio decision making
•    Analytical tool validation and ownership: Ensure completeness accuracy and timeliness prior to downstream reporting and analysis, while maintaining and enhancing core trackers and dashboards including acquisitions leasing development vacancy and exposure tools. Improve clarity reliability and scalability of tools to support broader AM and leadership usage
•    Downstream Deliverables: Contribute to the preparation, review and deliver standard reporting including Quarterly Insights, Quarterly Letters BREP Europe materials and investor templates in coordination with onshore and offshore teams
•    Market data coordination: Support logistics and office market dashboards forecasts and quarterly updates by coordinating with internal teams and external providers (broker inputs third party datasets)

Qualifications & Skills
•    Master’s degree from a Tier-1 college or university in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Data Science, or a related analytical discipline.
•    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver technology-enabled solutions.
•    Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex financial modeling, scenario analysis, and automation.
•    Extensive hands-on experience with modern data platforms and business intelligence tools, such as Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization or analytics tools.
•    Experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable dashboards, automated trackers, and analytics pipelines.
•    Working knowledge of data validation, governance, and quality-control best practices.
•    Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals, leasing metrics, and portfolio-level analytics; experience in logistics and office sectors is preferred.
•    Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, take analytical ownership, and deliver results under tight deadlines in a high-performance private funds environment.
•    High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
•    Clear and concise communication skills, with experience presenting analytical insights to senior and investor-facing audiences.
•    Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with both onshore and offshore teams.
