Responsibilities:  
 
The Lead analyst will be an integral part of the team wherein he will support the larger team in New York. 
 
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities will include: 
• Sound knowledge on Term Loans, Bonds, Revolving Loans, DDTL, Private Credits and Alternative assets.
• Understanding of cash and position reconciliation. Investigating and resolving cash/position breaks.
• Understanding the financial risk involved in the process and ensuring controls/checklists are in place.
• Coordinate with various parties such as internal teams and clients to resolve breaks/queries efficiently.
• Handling various client queries raised by clients and close them within given TAT.
• Thinking creatively about ways to improve the team’s existing process, and helping to ensure quality, consistency, and thoroughness in the team’s approach. 
• Sound knowledge of entire trade life cycle.
• Geneva/Clearwater system knowledge. (add on advantage).
• Client reporting. Understanding of Holding reports and Trade Blotters.

• A desire to work in a team environment, often under strict time constraints. 
• Knowledge of resolving cash/position break discrepancies, Client reporting 
• Excellent technical proficiency in Excel/Power point.
• Strong communication skills. 
 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools. • Very Good written & spoken communication skills; Good Analytical Skills & problem-solving skills • Pro-active & Positive Attitude • Ability to Work efficiently and effectively in a team; Excellent Customer Facing Skills and Ability to build collaboration with Clients • Can escalate issues on time to ensure quick resolution • Good email etiquettes.  
 
DOMAIN SKILLS  
• Very good understanding of Financial Products and having hands-on experience on a mix of Structured Credit Experience and quantitative experience. 
• General understanding of Private Credit / Real Estate / Hedge Funds / Reconciliation 
• Hands on experience of Private Equity / Real Estate / Hedge Funds systems/ Reconciliation
