Key Responsibilities

· Lead the design and architecture of Microsoft Intune solutions to manage corporate and BYOD environments. Develop and document architecture, standards, best practices, and procedures for Intune deployment

· Plan and execute the deployment of Microsoft Intune across various devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS). Configure and manage device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies

· Device Deployment and Configuration: Manage the deployment and configuration of mobile devices, ensuring they meet the company's security standards and user requirements.

· Design and enforce security policies using Intune to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Monitor and analyze security reports, and take corrective actions to address vulnerabilities and compliance gaps

· Security Management: Implement and monitor security policies on mobile devices, such as encryption, password policies, and remote wipe capabilities.

· Compliance: Ensure all mobile devices comply with industry regulations and internal company policies.

· Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Provide advanced troubleshooting support for Intune-related issues, including device management, policy enforcement, and application deployment

· Software Management: Install, update, and manage applications on mobile devices, including proprietary and third-party software.

· Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mobile devices.

· Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor mobile device usage and generate reports on compliance, security incidents, and device performance.

· Policy Development: Develop and update mobile device management policies and procedures.

· Stay up to date with the latest developments in Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and related technologies. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Intune environment

· Training: Conduct training sessions for employees on the proper use and security of mobile devices.

· Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, procedures, and changes. Create and present reports on Intune performance, security compliance, and usage metrics to senior management

· Collaboration: Work with IT teams to integrate mobile devices with existing IT infrastructure and ensure seamless operation.

 

Core Competence Qualifications

· Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), entra ID (Azure AD)

· Strong Understanding of windows 10/11, mac OS, iOS and android endpoint configuration.

· Experience with iOS, Android & Windows device management.

· Experience with Azure Active Directory, Group Polices, Auto-Pilot.

· ITIL or Similar support process knowledge skills

· Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar credentials.

· Experience with scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python, for automating tasks.

· Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM) solutions and frameworks.

Mandatory Skills: EMM Intune .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .
