Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced F&O Finance Functional Developer - L3 to join our team within Wipro Technologies' Technology Services sector, specifically in the Enterprise Applications division. This role is crucial in driving successful implementations and optimizations of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3, ensuring seamless integration and robust financial management solutions for our clients.

• Extensive expertise: Candidates must bring 8+ years of progressive experience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and related financial modules, demonstrating a deep understanding of both the technical capabilities and business applications.
• Proven track record of at least 5 full end-to-end Dynamics AX or D365 F&O implementation projects, showcasing your ability to lead complex deployments from requirements gathering through post-go-live support, tailoring solutions to meet client needs effectively.
• Comprehensive financial domain knowledge: Profound familiarity with General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Chart of Accounts. Your expertise will drive accurate and efficient financial processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Technical and Functional Alignment: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical configurations, customizing modules, and enhancing system workflows to optimize performance.
• Client-centric approach: Understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions while ensuring successful change management and user adoption through effective training and support initiatives.
• Problem-solving and decision-making: Leverage your analytical skills to identify process inefficiencies and provide innovative solutions that improve operational workflows and system reliability within the Dynamics environment.
• Effective communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams, clients, and internal leadership to align expectations and progress updates, facilitating smooth project execution.
