MS Teams Telephony
• Experience in providing support for MS Teams.
• Expertise with Microsoft Teams telephony/Direct routing.
• Knowledge on SIP protocol and SBC deployment and support (audiocodes preferably).
• Experience in Voice Gateway such as Audiocodes SBC.
• Troubleshooting skills on SIP/VOIP protocols.
• Experience in migrating users from Cisco to MS Teams Direct Routing (voice).
• Knowledge of voice products like Cisco CUCM and other related technologies.
• Exposure to monitoring tools such as OVOC. (advantage).
• Knowledge on ITSP/SIP Integration with telco.
• Knowledge on Azure AD, O365.
• Knowledge on any call recording software.
• Knowledge on any attendant console application.
• Proficiency in incident management systems, timely ticket updates, and escalation handling.
Experience: 5-8 Years .
