Role Purpose
We are seeking a high-caliber Techno-Functional Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our strategic business objectives and technical execution teams. This role is ideally suited for a former management consultant who combines strategic problem-solving capabilities, a deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience in technology implementation and data analysis. You will translate complex business challenges into precise technical requirements, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and strategically aligned with organizational goals.

Do
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of total professional experience.
Crucial: A minimum of 2 years spent in a reputable Management Consulting or Strategy Consulting firm, focusing on technology, operations, or process improvement projects.
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a technical environment (FinTech, PE, Healthcare Tech, Supply Chain Tech, etc.).
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally).
Basic SQL skills for data querying and analysis are highly preferred.
Familiarity with systems integration concepts (APIs, ETL processes).
Consulting Skillset:
Exceptional structured problem-solving, analytical rigor, and logical reasoning capabilities.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with extensive experience presenting findings to executive leadership.
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and manage ambiguity effectively
Experience in crafting Project/Product Roadmap definition(s), as-is to target process mappings and identifying potential automation via process discovery exercises
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or a related field from a top-tier university.
MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
