Role Purpose
- To manage end‑to‑end India leave operations by leveraging Team capabilities & project management skills
- Excellent communication & Articulation skills is a pre-requisite for managing internal and external stakeholders (Auditors, HR partners, finance, Technology etc.)
- Be a change agent by questioning the status quo, driving efficiency through transformation and process optimization
- Prior relevant experience of managing leaves process or H2R will be an advantage
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end‑to‑end India leave operations (e.g. leave applications, corrections, reversals, adjustments, and accruals with high accuracy)
- Ensure timely and accurate leave inputs are systematically provided for payroll cycles, FS settlement, and statutory reporting
- Continuously Improve processes by identifying gaps and inefficiencies to reduce manual & redundant work
- Team-up with CIO and HR Tech for new implementations arising out of M&A or structural changes
- Collaborate effectively within the team, quickly build process knowledge, and share best practices.
