Job Title:  Manager - India Leave Operations (Global People Operations)
City:  Bengaluru

Role Purpose

 

  • To manage end‑to‑end India leave operations by leveraging Team capabilities & project management skills
  • Excellent communication & Articulation skills is a pre-requisite for managing internal and external stakeholders (Auditors, HR partners, finance, Technology etc.)   
  • Be a change agent by questioning the status quo, driving efficiency through transformation and process optimization   
  • Prior relevant experience of managing leaves process or H2R will be an advantage

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end India leave operations (e.g.  leave applications, corrections, reversals, adjustments, and accruals with high accuracy)
  • Ensure timely and accurate leave inputs are systematically provided for payroll cycles, FS settlement, and statutory reporting
  • Continuously Improve processes by identifying gaps and inefficiencies to reduce manual & redundant work
  • Team-up with CIO and HR Tech for new implementations arising out of M&A or structural changes
  • Collaborate effectively within the team, quickly build process knowledge, and share best practices.
