Job Description
Wipro is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives for its Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS) practice within CISS. This is a high-impact role responsible for end-to-end execution of external marketing programs, including thought leadership development, lead generation campaigns, partner marketing, global events, and analyst engagement.
The ideal candidate should be a seasoned B2B marker with 8+ years’ experience and should have deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure services, a strong grasp of content strategy, campaign execution, and cross-functional leadership. Candidate will work closely with business, sales, alliance, and analyst relations teams to build a strong external narrative and drive pipeline growth.
K͏ey Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Define and execute external marketing strategy aligned with CIS business goals and global GTM priorities.
• Own and manage end-to-end execution of demand generation campaigns, including content planning, digital activation, and performance tracking.
• Drive multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, social, ABM) to build pipeline and awareness in key markets.
2. Thought Leadership & Content Creation
• Lead the development of thought leadership assets – whitepapers, PoVs, blogs, trend reports, CXO guides.
• Collaborate with SMEs, business leaders, and content agencies to shape compelling narratives around cloud and infrastructure services
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and quality across all external content.
3. Partner Marketing & Alliances
• Plan and execute joint campaigns and content with strategic CIS partners
• Coordinate co-branded marketing assets, webinars, solution briefs, and joint presence at partner events.
4. Events & Analyst Relations
• Lead Wipro’s presence in global events – planning, messaging, booth design, speaking opportunities, post-event campaigns.
• Work with industry analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to develop custom content.
5. Stakeholder & Project Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Review and approve marketing content to ensure strategic relevance and brand consistency.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects with competing deadlines and senior-level visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in the IT services or enterprise technology space.
- At least 5+ years’ experience in cloud, infrastructure, or hybrid IT services marketing.
- Proven expertise in:
1. Thought leadership content creation
2. Integrated campaign planning and execution
3. Partner and alliance marketing
4. Analyst relations and influence programs
5. Event strategy and execution (virtual and physical)
